Benedetta Carchella began her collaboration with the Firm’s Fraud and Corporate Criminal Defence Department in 2024, as Associate.
Working in the Rome office, she provides legal assistance in the automotive sector, having practiced in favor of several major automotive brands and car dealerships, both in contractual matters - with particular reference to the issues of distribution and consumer contracts - and in civil litigation.
Bendetta has also gained experience in legal assistance of civil and banking litigation.
