Carlotta Paton joined the firm in 2022 as Associate and part of the Dispute Resolution and Insurance Law department.
Her practice focuses on civil litigation and insurance law, where she assists Italian and foreign insurance companies in civil liability disputes relating to their insurance policies.
Carlotta also has experience in civil litigation, both domestic and international, as well as in ADR.
She also gained experience working as a secondee for a UK Company in the field of medical malpractice.
Prior to joining the Firm, Carlotta completed a two-year clerkship at the Supreme Court of Cassation, First Section.
