Chiara Capozucca began her collaboration with the Firm, in the Rome office, in april 2022 in the Intellectual Property Department.
Her activity consists mainly in advising in the areas of intellectual property law and copyright, in drafting agreements concerning the assignment or license of intellectual property rights, and in taking part in legal due diligences connected to corporate operations involving intangible assets.
Chiara also matured experience in disputes concerning civil, commercial and intellectual property matters.
