Cristina Melentieva works in the Firm’s Real Estate Department.
Working in the Milan office, she is specialized in M&A and real estate transactions, in the process of acquisition, dismissal, development or requalification of real estate assets with residential, commercial or industrial functions, with particular focus both on regulatory aspects (urban planning and environmental aspects) and on commercial aspect (lease agreements, transfer of business branch, commercial authorizations).
She also gained considerable experience on projects related to the development and acquisition of assets/plants in the energy and infrastructure field, with particular focus on regulatory aspects related to renewable energy, infrastructure and public tenders on energy and gas transport and distribution, infrastructure concessions and contracts.
