Cristina Spinelli began her collaboration with the Firm in 2000. She is part of the Dispute Resolution Department in the Milan office.
Over the years she has gained considerable experience in the field of civil, judicial and arbitration litigation, with a focus on commercial and corporate law, bankruptcy, contract law and insurance, managing the various stages of disputes closely with clients, including the search for and implementation of alternative means of dispute resolution, such as mediation and out-of-court settlements.
As a professional she offers legal advice and assistance in the field of medical and health liability, a field in which she has gained experience over years of closely working with leading insurance companies, both with reference to the purely contentious phase as well as to the preliminary and extrajudicial aspects and the settlement of disputes.
Cristina also offers legal consultancy and assistance to companies, dealing with contracts for the management of the production chain, with particular regard to the automotive sector.
From 2003 to 2011, in parallel with her legal activities, she served as Honorary Judge at the Court of Lodi, with the assignment of civil roles.
She is a civil and commercial mediator and is qualified to stand in front of the higher courts.
