Edoardo is an Associate in the Corporate/M&A Department, working in the Milan office.
He focuses his activity on corporate and commercial law.
Edoardo also gained considerable experience in assisting and advising companies and corporate groups, with a focus on M&A transactions, corporate governance, and commercial agreements.
He is an expert teaching assistant in Commercial Law at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Milan-Bicocca.
