Eva Selvaggiuolo joined CMS Rome office in 2012, focusing on banking and finance law, commercial and corporate law.
Eva assists leading national and international financial institutions such as banks, payment institutions, IMELs, financial intermediaries, on regulatory aspects relating to both domestic and cross-border operations as well as on extraordinary business reorganization transactions, expansion and start-up operations, as well as on the set-up of the financial contractual documentation (leasing, acquiring, current account and financing agreements, anti-money laundering forms, etc.). Eva assists various Italian and foreign companies operating in the Fintech sector.
Eva regularly advises leading commercial companies active in different sectors and in both domestic and foreign markets on financing, corporate finance, project finance, intra-group financial, commercial, private equity and M&A transactions as well as on anti-money laundering aspects.
Eva has also gained significant experience in the energy sector, assisting leading foreign players operating on the Italian market in corporate financing, restructuring and reorganization transactions, and managing every corporate and financial aspect relating to the management of day-to-day business.
