Federica Fiorani

Federica Fiorani began her collaboration with CMS in 2002.

Her work at the Rome office focuses on national and international taxation and she also assists foreign clients in these matters. She has experience in issues related to transfer pricing, direct taxes (IRES/IRAP) and indirect taxes (VAT), tax planning, and extraordinary business transactions.

She has also gained significant experience in taxation for companies operating in the publishing sector.
In addition, she assists, represents and defends clients in the context of various litigation procedures both before the tax authorities and the tax commissions.
Federica currently holds the position of Statutory Auditor for several major companies operating in the energy sector and in 2014 and 2015 served as a Liquidator for a company in the energy sector.
