Federico Montanaro began working with CMS firm in 2022 within the Litigation and Insurance Law department.
He deals primarily with civil and commercial litigation, with a particular focus on insurance law. He regularly assists domestic and international clients both in arbitration proceedings and in disputes before the Italian judicial authorities.
He also assists insurance companies in regulatory matters and advises on the drafting and review of insurance contracts and distribution agreements.
He has also gained experience in assisting national and international clients in health care malpractice, product liability, work accidents, and in general contractual and extra-contractual liability of rail carriers, highway operators, sports event organizers, and credit institutions.
