Federico Paganelli joined the firm in 2025 as a Junior Associate in the Corporate/M&A department, after gaining more than a year of experience in the same role at another international law firm in Milan.
His work focuses on Italian and cross-border M&A transactions, assisting companies throughout all phases of the deal, with a particular focus on due diligence.
Federico also supports clients in matters relating to corporate secretarial services, compliance and corporate governance.
