Francesco Capasso began his collaboration with the firm in 2003.
He has matured significant experience as a corporate lawyer assisting Italian and foreign companies, primarily in the real estate sector. He is specialized in the negotiation of contracts for the purchase and sale of real estate and companies, investment agreements, joint ventures and property management, providing assistance also in relation to construction, real estate management and leasing.
Over the years Francesco Capassohas gained considerable expertise in the field of renewable energy. In particular, he has aided developers and financers in numerous wind farm projects and solar parks, also developing significant experience in EPC and O&M contracts.
