Gerardo joined the Rome office of CMS in 2017.
Currently working in the Insurance Law and Dispute Resolution Department as an Associate, Gerardo's focus is insurance law and civil litigation where he assists insurance companies in the management of claims related to policies for civil liability (e.g. Public Officers, D&O, PI concerning accountants, doctors, notaries, lawyers, condominium administrators).
He also has expertise in civil litigation, both domestic and international, with a particular emphasis on commercial and corporate law disputes, as well as on ADRs.
