Gillian began her collaboration with the Firm’s Corporate/M&A Department in 2025, as Trainee.
Working in the Milan office, she focuses her activity on providing legal advisory services to companies operating on an international level, specifically in the context of extraordinary transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, and demergers.
In particular, Gillian plays an active role in the structuring and planning of such transactions, primarily focusing on the due diligence activity and on the field of commercial contracts.
