Giorgio Maria Scarpa began his collaboration with the Firm’s Tax Department in 2022.
His work at the Rome office focuses mainly on litigation and pre-litigation, with particular emphasis on the taxation of dividends, in assistance of individuals and legal entities in tax administrative proceedings.
He also advises for direct and indirect tax purposes, providing tax and contractual assistance to companies specializing in the Defense and Energy sectors.
Giorgio Maria Scarpa began his career dealing with the management of Companies under Extraordinary Administration and Judicial Liquidation.
