Giusy Lauro began collaborating with the firm’s Employment & Pensions Department in 2010.
She provides legal advice to national and international clients in Italian, English and Spanish, mainly concerning individual and collective dismissals; domestic and international company transfers; employment contracts (including those of managers and directors) and lay-offs; negotiations for the consensual resolution of disputes; legal assistance to companies for corporate restructuring, sales and transfer of assets; assistance in negotiations with trade unions.
Giusy assists clients in all litigation procedures related to the field of employment law, in various types of proceedings. She also provides legal advice concerning supplementary pension schemes and the use of technology and communication tools in the workplace and relative privacy protection issues.
