Grazia Polidori began her association with the firm in 1995 in the Rome office.  She is part of the firm's Litigation Department.  

Her practice focuses on general civil litigation, debt collection, where she assists companies both in the out-of-court phase of recovery and in the phase before the courts. In particular, Grazia has provided assistance and advice to major foreign companies insuring export receivables in the recovery of their credit in Italy.
In addition, over the years, she has gained considerable experience in advising on disputes related to commercial contracts (particularly for supply contracts), defamation in the press, and for leases.
She is also an expert in movable and real estate enforcement proceedings.

In the area of bankruptcy, Grazia has also provided assistance and advice to companies in debt recovery in bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings, preparing the relevant acts such as: bankruptcy petitions, petitions for admission of debt, and appeals in opposition.
