Luca is a Counsel in the Insurance Law Department, advising leading Italian and international insurers on both contentious and non-contentious insurance matters.
He has extensive experience advising insurers on complex claims and coverage issues, both in litigation and pre‑litigation contexts, including high‑value and multi‑party disputes, with particular expertise across financial lines and liability insurance, including D&O, PI, PO, cyber, general and product liability, and medical malpractice.
Luca also advises insurers on regulatory and compliance matters and provides specialist support in the drafting, localisation, review and negotiation of insurance policies.
His practice is further strengthened by significant in‑house experience gained through secondments within the legal department of a leading life insurer and the claims department of a major Lloyd’s syndicate, giving him a strong commercial understanding of insurers’ operational and risk management needs.
