Luca joined the Rome office of CMS in 2018.
An Associate in the Insurance Department, Luca advises clients on insurance law, working closely with major international and Italian insurance companies.
During his career with CMS, he has gained experience in claims management, primarily in regard to D&O, PI, PO, GL, P&C, personal injury and life policies, providing assistance both in the pre-litigation and litigation phases.
He also assists insurance companies regarding regulatory matters and provides support and advice in the drafting and revision of insurance contracts and distribution agreements.
In addition to consulting with clients, Luca worked on a secondment with a leading life Insurance company where he was involved with IVASS complaints as well as litigation and mediation procedures.
