Marco Tullio Cataldo works in the Criminal Law of Economy and Business and Corporate Compliance department of the Firm. In 2010 he began his collaboration with the Firm where he became Counsel in 2021.
In this field, he has acquired specific expertise on the administrative liability of entities pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001, particularly for companies in the shipping sector, having been involved in the drafting, implementation and updating of Organisational, Management and Control Models and holding the position of member of Supervisory Boards at major shipping groups.
Marco Tullio Cataldo is also active in the automotive sector, having carried out his professional activity in favour of several important car brands and car dealerships, both in contractual matters - with particular reference to the issues of distribution contracts and consumer contracts - and in civil litigation, a sector in which he has gained considerable experience, and in proceedings before the Competition and Market Authority.
