Mariangela Selvaggiuolo began her collaboration with the Firm in 2015 as an Counsel in the TMC – Technology, Media and Communications Department.
Mariangela has significant experience in the technology sector with particular reference to information technology law, intellectual property and consumer protection law in the context of e-commerce and privacy. Mariangela assists technology start-ups by providing legal assistance for the development of business strategies, brand protection, and business development both inside and outside of the European Union.
She has gained considerable experience with leading Italian companies and multinationals in the drafting and negotiation of national and international commercial agreements including for the outsourcing of technology services contracts and the supply and distribution of goods and services.
