Marianna Scardia began her collaboration with CMS in Litigation and Insurance Department in 2021, as Senior Associate.
Working in the Milan office, she focuses her activity in civil and commercial litigation and dispute resolution, with a particular focus in banking and insurance law. She regularly assists national and international clients both in arbitration proceedings and before the Italian Court.
She also assists insurance companies regarding regulatory matters and provides support and advice in the drafting and revision of insurance contracts and distribution agreements.
