Martina Bignone began working with the firm in 2025 as a Senior Associate in the Economic and Corporate Criminal Law and Corporate Compliance department.
Her work at the Milan office focuses on providing procedural and out-of-court assistance to individuals and prestigious Italian and multinational companies in relation to all aspects of economic criminal law. She has gained experience in environmental, bankruptcy, and tax criminal law, as well as in workplace health and safety.
She has consolidated experience in administrative liability arising from criminal offenses, handling the design, preparation, and subsequent implementation and review of models drawn up in accordance with Legislative Decree 231/2001 and the protocols that form an integral part thereof (Code of Ethics, disciplinary system, etc.).
She is also a member of Supervisory Bodies.
Martina Bignone has also gained experience in environmental law, assisting companies in remediation and authorization procedures (AIA, AUA, VIA, and VAS) and internal investigation and due diligence activities in the context of M&A transactions.
