Matteo Bucciarelli began his collaboration with the Firm’s Energy and Corporate/M&A Department in 2024, as Junior Associate.
Working in the Rome office, he provides legal advice to Italian and international clients in the energy sector. Matteo regularly assists investors, project developers and investment funds in the development and acquisition of renewable energy plants.
He gained considerable experience with respect to M&A, corporate governance and contractual matters. His work focuses primarily on regulatory matters, due diligence activities, drafting and negotiating project development agreements, PPAs and M&A transactions.
