Matteo Pulcini is a Senior Associate in the Public Law Department of the Firm.
Based in Rome, Matteo specialises in Administrative Law. He advises, and has advised, public and private clients, both nationally and internationally, on litigation and out-of-court matters relating to public contracts and concessions, management of public assets, urban planning and construction, environmental law and energy law. He has gained experience supporting private companies in participating in public tenders and contracting authorities in preparing tender documentation.
His practice includes the full management of administrative litigation, ongoing support in complex real estate transactions and strategic projects, including public-sector projects, the preparation of memorandum and legal opinions, the drafting and review of agreements, contracts and addenda relating to public contracts, the preparation of administrative deeds and measures, and assistance with the management and enhancement of public real estate assets, particularly with regard to the disposal of public residential housing assets and the granting of concessions over unavailable public assets.
