Puqing Wang is an associate of CMS Italy and is based in the firm’s Rome Office. She is qualified in Chinese law.
Before joining CMS in 2025, Puqing worked at the Beijing, Shanghai and Rome offices of other international law firms. She obtained the Chinese Legal Professional Qualification in 2018 and was admitted as a practicing lawyer in China in 2020. In 2025, she completed an LL.M. in European Law at Leiden University in the Netherlands and became a Certified Information Privacy Professional (Europe).
Her practice focuses on corporate and commercial law, with a particular emphasis on cross-border transactions. She advises Chinese and European clients on corporate structuring, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, foreign investment, and regulatory compliance, providing strategic and practical solutions tailored to their international operations.
Her broader experience includes advising on labor, data protection, and compliance matters, assisting in cross-border dispute resolution, and delivering legal training. She has worked with clients across a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, luxury goods, furniture, food and beverage, automotive, technology, and pharmaceuticals.
