Sara Porta began her collaboration with the Firm in 2017 in the Milan office. She is currently a Senior Associate in the Dispute Resolution department.
Over the course of her career she has acquired noteworthy experience with respect to extraordinary transactions including acquisitions, sales of holdings and companies, mergers and demergers, with particular reference to preparatory due diligence assessments and the negotiation and drafting of related contracts.
Sara also provides legal consulting with respect to privacy-related matters including the drafting of privacy policies, information notices and consent forms such as those for cookies, data processors and controllers and due diligences with regards to regulations.
