Stefania Occhipinti began her collaboration with the Firm’s Banking and Finance Department in 2025, as Senior Associate.
With more than 10 years’ experience at a leading international law firm, her key areas of practice include assisting Italian and foreign banks and investment institutions, as well as corporate clients, in a wide range of debt capital markets transactions.
She provides advice on the establishment and update of issuance programmes for bonds and structured products, assists with the approval of prospectuses by regulatory authorities pursuant to the EU Prospectus Regulation, and coordinates multi-jurisdictional projects. Stefania provides assistance in the preparation of the documentation related to public offerings and listings, including direct listings, as well as the drafting of all ancillary contractual documents, such as those relating to investment services, subscription agreements and marketing agreements.
Stefania also focuses on blockchain bonds and crypto assets-related matters providing assistance on regulatory matters including MiCAR, Pilot Regime and Dora.
