Tommaso Capriotti began his collaboration with the Firm’s Tax Department in 2021, as Junior Associate.
Working in the Rome office, he focuses his activity on corporate taxation. He also regularly assists companies on matters of VAT and indirect taxation.
He has also gained experience in tax assistance in the context of M&A transactions, with a special focus on the renewable energy and biopharmaceutical sectors.
Furthermore, he assists multinational groups in matters relating to the application of tax legislation on transfer pricing
Tommaso started his professional career in a leading consulting company, providing financial advisory in the scope of domestic and cross-border extraordinary transactions.
