Valentina began her collaboration with the firm in 2019 joining the Corporate/M&A and Real Estate department.
She is specialized in the negotiation of commercial leases, real estate purchase and sale agreements and going concern leases, also providing assistance in relation to real estate and business assets management. Valentina participates in M&A transactions in the Real Estate sector, including transactions relating to the construction, operation and acquisition of renewable energy plants, as well as provides advice and assistance on ordinary and extraordinary corporate management, drafting the relevant documentation.
Previously, she worked for another leading international law firm where she gained skills and experience in civil, commercial, bankruptcy and corporate law, both in the litigation and legal advice contexts.
Valentina graduated with an LLM in Energy and Natural Resources Law at Queen Mary University, where she also worked as a research associate in the fields of EU and international law, policy and dispute resolution on energy, trade, environment and climate change.
