Valentina Silvestri began collaborating with the Firm’s Commercial Contracts Department in 2009.
Her areas of specialization include legal consulting in civil, commercial and bankruptcy law, assistance in both pre-litigation and litigation proceedings before judicial and arbitration authorities, the negotiation and drafting of commercial agreements as well as distribution and agency contracts.
During her career at the Rome office she has gained considerable experience in assisting domestic and international clients in the field of commercial law and litigation in relation to both domestic and cross-border issues. Her clients operate primarily in the oil, chemical and publishing sectors.
