CMS assisted Pollen Street Capital Limited, as arranger in structuring and coordinating the program to purchase receivables vis a vis the Public Administration, related to the services of local public transport sector, amounting to 250,000,000 EUR.
The transaction, which required complex due diligence, was carried out through the special purpose vehicle Regola SPV S.r.l. with the involvement of Centotrenta Servicing S.p.A. as Servicer and Collexion Services Srl as Sub- Servicer.
CMS assisted Pollen Street Capital Limited with a team led by partner Domenico Gaudiello and composed of senior associate Giuseppe Boccalone as drafting lawyer and counsels Domenico Musso and Antonio Di Gaspare for aspects concerning due diligence.
