CMS Kenya | Daly Inamdar Advocates (CMS Kenya) is the oldest law firm in East and Central Africa and one of Kenya's most reputable full-service civil law practices. Established in Mombasa in 1899, the Firm recently marked its 125th anniversary. Today it serves clients from full-service offices in Nairobi and Mombasa.
What we do
CMS Kenya advises on corporate, commercial, real estate and dispute resolution matters. Our clients include Kenyan-owned companies, multinational corporations, development institutions, foundations and private clients doing business across Africa. We combine technical competence with a commercial outlook, so that our advice is practical, cost-effective and aligned with each client's corporate culture.
The Firm has 13 Partners and over 40 experienced lawyers, several of whom are dual qualified (England and New York). As part of CMS, an international organisation with close to 7,500 lawyers in over 90 offices across 50 countries, we give clients access to a global network and to the technology and AI-enabled tools used across the CMS network.
