We are seeking a Business Law Associate

We are seeking a talented and motivated Legal Associate to join our Business Law team. As part of an experienced M&A team, you will be involved in the entire transaction cycle. You will participate in a variety of transactions in dynamic sectors. You will quickly be exposed to clients and encouraged to develop your autonomy, technical skills, and strategic thinking.

Your responsibilities

As part of your responsibilities, you will

• Conduct case file analysis and synthesis
• Perform legal research across various areas of law
• Contribute to the development of legal strategies
• Draft legal documents, consultations, opinions, pleadings, and correspondence, coordinate with external legal advisors when necessary
• Prepare hearings and court appearances when applicable
• Participate actively in client relationship management and support business development initiatives and contribute to the firm's growth.
