We are seeking a Labour Law Associate

We are seeking a talented and motivated Legal Associate to join our dedicated Labour Law team. The successful candidate will work closely with partners and senior lawyers on a wide range of matters.

Your Responsibilities

As part of your duties, you will :

• Be responsible for analyzing and summarizing legal files.
• Conduct in-depth research across various areas of law.
• Contribute to the development of the legal strategy to be adopted.
• Draft legal documents, opinions, consultations, pleadings, and correspondence.
• You may also be tasked with coordinating communications with external counsel when necessary, as well as preparing for hearings where applicable.
• Play an active role in client relationship management and contribute to the firm’s business development efforts.
