We are seeking an Associate - Labour Law Department

As part of the continued growth of our firm, we are looking for a Legal Secretary with 1 to 2 years of experience, ideally gained within a law firm, notarial practice, or legal department.

You will play a key support role to our lawyers and partners in the day-to-day management of client matters. Your responsibilities will include opening and maintaining client files, managing calendars and deadlines, preparing and processing legal documents and correspondence, handling administrative and regulatory formalities, and coordinating communications with clients, public authorities, and external stakeholders.

This position offers a broad range of responsibilities, a high level of exposure to legal practice, and the opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic, collaborative, and international environment. We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and service-minded professional who is eager to build a long-term career within a leading law firm.

 

Your responsibilities 

  • Open, maintain, and archive client files and records.
  • Manage calendars, deadlines, and meeting coordination.
  • Prepare, format, and follow up on legal documentation and correspondence.
  • Monitor and coordinate administrative and regulatory formalities.
  • Organize document workflows and communications with clients, public authorities, and external stakeholders.
  • Support compliance procedures, including KYC and AML requirements.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative and legal support to lawyers and contribute to the efficient operation of the department.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the firm's procedures and tools.

 

Your Profile 

  • Legal secretary qualification or equivalent education.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience as a Legal Secretary, ideally gained within a law firm, notarial practice, or legal department.
  • Excellent drafting, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
  • Highly organized, discreet, proactive, and service-oriented.
