Real Estate & Construction Associate

Job Description

We are seeking a Real Estate & Construction Associate to join our dedicated team.

The successful candidate will work closely with partners and attorneys on a wide range of matters involving real estate law, construction law, urban planning, commercial leases, as well as advisory and litigation work in these areas.

Your Responsibilities

As part of our specialised Real Estate & Construction team, you will:

Advise developers, investors, financial institutions, construction companies and property owners on a variety of legal issues related to real estate transactions and construction projects.

Participate in the structuring, negotiation and drafting of real estate contracts (sale and purchase agreements, acquisition deeds, commercial leases, development agreements, construction contracts, works contracts, etc.).

Work on urban planning matters, including regulatory compliance analysis, obtaining planning and building permits, and managing legal risks associated with development projects.

Conduct real estate legal due diligence in the context of acquisitions, financings or asset restructurings.

Carry out in‑depth legal research and contribute to the development of tailored solutions addressing clients’ technical and operational challenges.

Assist in handling real estate and construction disputes, including preparing litigation files, managing court‑appointed expert proceedings and coordinating with external counsel.

Participate in client meetings, support ongoing case management and help maintain strong, long‑term client relationships.

Contribute to the firm’s business development efforts, including preparing proposals, participating in industry events and drafting client‑facing materials.

Your Profile

Strong academic background in real estate law, construction law, urban planning law or related fields.

Prior experience in a law firm, notarial office or within the real estate or construction sector is an asset.

Excellent analytical, drafting and legal research skills.

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Client‑oriented mindset, strong organisational skills, responsiveness and ease in interpersonal communication.

Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Why Join Us

You will join a dynamic and highly regarded team working on major real estate transactions and large‑scale construction projects, often with an international dimension. This position offers significant exposure, increasing responsibilities and genuine opportunities for professional development within a stimulating environment.
