Audrey Michelot is a Counsel in the Tax team.
With over 17 years experiences in Monaco and France tax law, Audrey has acquired a wide expertise on domestic and international tax matters for private and corporate clients.
She assists Monegasque residents and non-residents in the legal and tax structuring of their investments in Monaco and other jurisdictions as well as their wealth and estate planning.
Before joining CMS in 2023, Audrey worked at a legal and tax advisory firm in Monaco and at Big Four law firms in France.
