M.A.R.S.S., a Monaco-based technology company, has successfully completed the sale of its business of integrated counter-drone systems to the EOS group.
CMS Monaco advised M.A.R.S.S. throughout the transaction on all aspects of Monegasque law, including contractual documentation, corporate, tax and employment law.
