Christelle Isaïa is an Associate in the Employment Law team at CMS Monaco.
She advises both Monegasque and international clients on employment and social security law matters, in both advisory and litigation contexts. She regularly assists employers with employment termination procedures, workplace issues arising from their activities in Monaco, and, more broadly, with designing strategies tailored to the specific challenges of each case. She also advises on matters relating to personal data protection and compliance.
Before joining CMS Monaco, Christelle worked in law firms as well as public and international institutions in France, Switzerland, and Mexico, where she handled matters involving civil law, employment law, and contract law. She also worked at URSSAF on social security recovery and litigation matters and gained international experience with the United Nations in Geneva in the field of fundamental rights.
