Emeline Elbaz-Mondeux is a Counsel in the Business Law team.

With over 25 years of experience, Emeline successfully handles both contentious and non-contentious matters relating to all aspects of business, corporate and commercial law.

The scope of her expertise includes complex international, domestic, and cross-border litigation. She assists a wide range of clients (wealthy individuals: HNWI and UHNWI, as well as legal entities: international and Monegasque companies) in acquisitions, dispositions, joint-ventures, and in the overall implementation of legal strategies. She also handles matters relating to anti-money laundering regulations.

Prior to joining the firm in 2019, Emeline practiced as Senior Associate and Head of the Office in Monaco and as a lawyer in France.

Emeline is recognised as a leading practitioner by Chambers & Partners.
