On Friday 13th December 2024, the Institut Monégasque de Formation aux Professions Judiciaires held a conference on Corporate Law in Monaco.
This conference was an opportunity for our experts from our Business Law and Private Clients teams to deepen their knowledge about this subject, which is at the heart of current events in Monaco following the draft law n°1.094 on the modernisation of corporate law.
