Emmanuel Thiomé is an Advanced Associate in the Banking & Finance team.

He advises and assists leading banking institutions on a wide range of matters relating in particular to financing, the enforcement of securities and the asset management. He intervenes in litigation and pre-litigation context, in civil, commercial and criminal matters. 

Emmanuel is also involved in criminal law cases, defending companies and individuals prosecuted by the Monegasque authorities.

Before joining the firm in September 2024, Emmanuel practised as a litigation lawyer at Paris and Luxembourg bars. He worked for several years in the litigation department of a Magic Circle law firm in Luxembourg.
