Economic sanctions, asset freezing, restrictive measures and embargoes

We have regularly been assisting financial institutions in Monaco with managing the issues caused by international sanctions, particularly those by the US Office of Foreign Assets Control. 

We regularly advise clients on the application of economic sanctions (linked to Ukraine in particular) to assets, accounts, and funds located in Monaco. 

In addition, our team represents banks and asset management firms before the Monegasque courts, in complex cases involving international sanctions and their application in Monaco.
