Regina Griciuc is a Counsel in the Private Clients team.
She advises and assists wealthy individuals (HNWI and UHNWI) and institutional clients (banks, family offices, asset managers and fiduciary services providers) on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious private client matters with international elements, including family law and matrimonial matters, family governance and wealth structuring, cross-border estate planning, wills and trusts, legal protection of minors and elderly, residency and immigration matters, and the enforcement of foreign court orders.
Prior to joining the firm in 2012, Regina worked as a staff attorney in an USAID-administered international development program specialised in advisory and management consulting in the judicial, tax and public health sectors in Eastern Europe.
