CMS assists Bouwfonds European Residential Fund with residential transaction

CMS Derks Star Busmann has assisted BERF 4 GmbH & Ko (Bouwfonds European Residential Fund, Germany) with the purchase of two residential complexes, with a total of about 375 dwellings in Leiden and Rotterdam, of Vesteda for a purchase price of about €52 million.
CMS assisted Bouwfonds with the due diligence, the purchase agreement and provided advice concerning several aspects related to this transaction (tenancy, taxation, energy performance).
Working on this transaction was a team of CMS lawyers comprising Hein van der Meer, Tristan Schonis, Jan Willem Oudijk, Annalie Draisma, Annemarie Koppert, Joost van Zanten and Stephanie Versteegen.
