CMS DSB advises Altran on the sale of Fagro Consultancy

CMS Derks Star Busmann has advised the Altran Group on the sale of all of its shares in Fagro Consultancy B.V. through a management buy-out.

Fagro Consultancy B.V. offers interim and consultancy services in the field of Finance & Control and employs over 160 employees. Fagro Consultancy B.V. has offices in Arnhem, Eindhoven and Maastricht.

Altran International B.V. is a subsidiary of Altran Technologies S.A., a company listed on Euronext Paris ("ALT").
