CMS has advised owner and developer All-In Real Estate on all hotel contracts relating to the development and operation of the Harbour City Hotel in Amsterdam. The Harbour City Hotel shall be situated at the Amsterdam harbour area in two buildings, will have 600 rooms, a restaurant, meeting facilities, a skybar and fitness facilities and shall be operated under three Marriott brands: Courtyard by Marriott, Element by Westin en Le Méridien.
