Fabian den Hartog is a member of the Dispute Resolution practice area group of our firm in Amsterdam.
He specialises in contract law, tort law, and corporate law. Fabian advises and litigates in a wide range of commercial disputes, including issues relating to contracts, acquisitions, liability, and insurance. He represents companies, insurers, and parties active in the acquisitions sector, among others.
Fabian has been with CMS since 2025, prior to which he worked in the Corporate/M&A department of Loyens & Loeff.
