Jeroen Kluizenaar is a member of the Banking & Finance group of our firm in Amsterdam.
He is active in Financial Services. Jeroen specialises in financial law and advises national and international financial companies (such as banks, payment institutions, insurers and FinTech companies) on the scope and application of the Dutch Financial Supervision Act and integrity related legislation (AML and Sanctions Act).
In addition, Jeroen assists these companies with market entry (such as licence applications and submission of European Passport notifications) and is involved in reviewing and drafting contract documentation for various financial products. Jeroen has been with CMS since 2021; prior to that, he worked at an investment firm.
