Rosa de Kort is a member of the Litigation & Insurance Practice Area Group of our firm in Amsterdam.
She is active in liability and insurance. Rosa represents large and medium-sized companies in national and cross-border disputes on all subjects and advises on complex policies in various types of insurance, including D&O and W&I insurance.
Rosa has been with CMS since 2023 and previously worked as a lawyer at Nysingh advocaten & notarissen in corporate law.
