Georg Dahlen is part of the Real Estate department. He works with a broad array of legal issues related to real estate, with a particular focus on cases related to natural resource utilization and environmental aspects (ESG).
Dahlen has significant experience in real estate transactions and lease agreements, handling both standard cases following standard agreements and customized solutions for specific scenarios. He has also assisted several major real estate businesses in adjusting the market standard agreements to their specific needs. Additionally, Dahlen has experience with real estate transactions where managing environmental risk has been a central element.
Furthermore, Dahlen has worked extensively with various property law issues, including ground lease (nw: tomtefeste), establishment and cancellation with associated registration of rights in real estate, as well as sectioning, subdivision and area transfer. Dahlen also has experience with regulations related to concessions, particularly concerning the acquisition of agricultural properties.
Dahlen also regularly litigates cases before court. He has significant experience in litigations regarding public law. Additionally, he has litigated cases involving claims arising from real estate transactions, disputes in commercial lease relationships, and various matters related to the establishment and interpretation of rights in real property.
